Q: Is ScitScat Music an Authorized Dealer?

Q: What is a Demo unit?
A: A Demo unit is an item that has been previously used for demo purposes or a video shoot. It is in 'like new' condition, including a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Q: What is a B-Stock unit?
A: A B-Stock unit is an item that has been returned by a customer with little to no signs of wear and tear. It includes full manufacturer’s warranty and all original parts/accessories.
Q: What is an Open Box unit?
A: An Open Box unit is an item that may have been used in a store demo, used in a store display case, or loaned out to a customer to try. There is little to no signs of wear and tear. It includes a full manufacturer's warranty and all original parts/accessories.
Q: What does Educational/Academic mean?
A: Educational and Academic products are for Students or Teachers, please attach a photo of your Student/Teacher ID card or Schedule to our eBay Message for purchase. If you are not a Student or a Teacher, you do not qualify for an Academic Discounted purchase.
Q: What is eDelivery/Download mean?
A: Digital products are delivered via email, and nothing is physically shipped to you. Most products are delivered instantly, and will be marked as "eDelivery or Download" in these cases. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any order. For more information, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Q: Can I return Software Products?
A: Software whether boxed or Download/eDelivery is non-returnable. Software Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure a product is compatible with your system. Many products have demo/trial periods available, and system requirements information on the Manufacturer's Website. If you are unsure if a product is compatible with your system, please get in touch with us before purchasing to make sure it will function correctly. Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are located in Florida and collect/remit Sales Tax for all Florida transactions.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to stop your order. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We will update you within 24 hours of your cancellation request to let you know if your order was able to be stopped.
Q: Are there warranties on my purchase?
A: All items are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. Each manufacturer differs on their terms and conditions. Please note that warranties or support might not be offered outside of the USA. B-Stock or Refurbished items generally have a shorter warranty period, for example, 90 days. Please see item description or contact us.
Q: I see a lower price somewhere else, can you beat it?
A: We are proud to offer the best prices and the best service. If you see a lower price from an authorized and reputable company, please give us a call and we will match or beat it!
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?
A: Yes. Please select the USPS Priority Mail shipping method during check out.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?
A: Yes. There will be a surcharge for some items.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer FREE Economy Shipping* for ALL purchases over $99.99 before taxes within the 48 contiguous states. Upgrade options are available such as Priority or Next Day Air. Q: What carrier do you use to ship?
A: We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Express, One Day Air, and other options are available upon requests. For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries Policy.
Q: What is the policy for international shipping?
A: We ship USPS or DHL internationally. All customs charges, VAT, duties are the buyer's responsibilities. We do not collect these payments, your local customs agency collects them. Please check your local customs to learn about the policies and charges. Insurance is available for purchase, please contact us if you want to add that to your purchase. Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We ship out most orders within 24 business hours. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and offer you options and arrangements. Please note that once you receive tracking information, it might not reflect activity online for up to 24-48 hours. For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries Policy.
Q: Do you offer repairs?
A: Some items, yes, we can help. Please send us a message, include all necessary information and pictures, if possible.
Q: Can I trade my gear in?
A: Yes! Please reach out to us by e-mail or phone.
Q: Will I receive the exact Free items that are shown in the product gallery image?
A: Please note that pictures of Free Items in product images are intended as a generic representation of the free item(s) offered. Free items will be sent to you based on our current stock at the time of sale. We will substitute like or similar items when necessary to insure that you still get your free item(s) with your purchase.
Q: When will my Back Order and Special Order arrive?
A: Back-Ordered/Special-Ordered items are unpredictable in terms of delivery from the manufacturer to us. If or when we get additional details as to when an item will ship we update the item in the "availability" section. We are constantly in touch with our suppliers and make every effort to update availability on products as we get more information.
Q: What's the Deal with "Call for Price"?
A: Some of our prices are so low that manufacturers have requested that we not post them on our website. E-mail or call us at 305-595-3002 for the latest info or to place an order.
Q: Are there any Coupon Exemptions?
