A Demo unit is an item that has been previously used for demo purposes or a video shoot. It is in 'like new' condition, including a full manufacturer’s warranty.

A B-Stock unit is an item that has been returned by a customer with little to no signs of wear and tear. It includes full manufacturer’s warranty and all original parts/accessories.

An Open Box unit is an item that may have been used in a store demo, used in a store display case, or loaned out to a customer to try. There is little to no signs of wear and tear. It includes a full manufacturer's warranty and all original parts/accessories.

Educational and Academic products are for Students or Teachers, please attach a photo of your Student/Teacher ID Card or Schedule to us for purchase. If you are not a Student or a Teacher, you do not qualify for an EDU/Academic Discounts.

Digital products are delivered via email, and nothing is physically shipped to you. Most products are delivered instantly, and will be marked as "eDelivery or Download" in these cases. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any order. For more information, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Please note that pictures of Free Items in product images are intended as a generic representation of the free item(s) offered. Free items will be sent to you based on our current stock at the time of sale. We offer FREE Economy Shipping* for ALL purchases over $99.99 before taxes within the 48 contiguous states. Upgrade options are available such as Priority or Next Day Air. Back-Ordered/Special-Ordered items are unpredictable in terms of delivery from the manufacturer to us. If or when we get additional details as to when an item will ship we update the item in the "availability" section. We are constantly in touch with our suppliers and make every effort to update availability on products as we get more information.

Returns

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to stop your order. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We will update you within 24 hours of your cancellation request to let you know if your order was able to be stopped.

Software whether boxed or Download/eDelivery is non-returnable. Software Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure a product is compatible with your system. Many products have demo/trial periods available, and system requirements information on the Manufacturer's Website. If you are unsure if a product is compatible with your system, please get in touch with us before purchasing to make sure it will function correctly. For health and safety reasons
items such as headphones, microphones, earbuds, earplugs, hand held
recorders or similar items used in or near your mouth or ears are NOT
returnable unless sealed and unopened. If the product has been opened,
we will refuse the return due to health and safety concerns for our
staff and customers.

Used, B-Stock, Vintage, Demo and Refurbished Gear are
all fully tested and in 100% working condition unless otherwise noted,
we do our best to note any cosmetic flaws in the item description and
images. ALL B-Stock & Demo gear comes with the manufacturer's
warranty. We do NOT accept returns on Used, B-Stock, Demo,
Vintage, Refurbished, Open Box, C-Stock, Custom Cables, Furniture,
Over-Size / Over-Weight Items, or Special Order Gear.
We
also do NOT accept returns on items noted or described as "parts"
(example: Guitar Parts).

Yes, customers can apply for the Scitscat Music Credit Card. We also offer Affirm Financing for an instant credit decision, while PayPal Credit is also an option for funding within your PayPal Account if approved.

All credit card orders are processed through Shopify Payments for verification and fraud analysis. PayPal is the quickest and easiest way for international customers to make payments.

Scitscat Music accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Personal check, Cashier's check, Money Order, PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and Bank Wire. There is a 5-7 business day hold placed on all checks received.
